Shipping

Shipping currently charged at a flat rate of £4.79 per order.

We aim to process all orders either same day or next day at the latest.

We use an economy shipping service, and delivery typically takes 3 – 5 working days from when the item has been dispatched.

So, you can expect an order to take 3 – 6 days to arrive from when it has been placed.

You will be informed when your order has been dispatched.

We will contact you in the unlikely event that there are any problems with processing your order or if there are any delays expected.

Packaging

When possible we may use recycled / reused packaging. This is better for the environment and keeps the costs down which we can pass on to you.

Orders from outside the UK

We currently deliver orders to UK addresses only. If you are from outside the UK and would like to make an order with us, contact us first and we will look into the best shipping option.

Returns

Refunds for non-faulty items

You must inform Tools Aplenty within 7 days if you intend to return/exchange an item.

State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The returned item must be in its original/as-sold condition. Returns of damaged or used goods will be rejected unless previously agreed by Tools Aplenty - these goods will be discarded and no refund made.

Refunds for defective items

In the unlikely event that an item you have received is faulty or defective, contact us for instructions on how to return an item.

We will cover return postage costs for faulty items.

Note: Items are only classed as faulty if they have failed due to a manufacturing fault. Damage through 'wear and tear' or improper use is not covered.

Payment

We are currently using Nochex and Paypal payment services. Both services take debit and credit card payments.

Our Nochex account will handle transactions of up to £100 only.

The secure payment processes will take you away from our site.

Minimum order

There is no minimum order quantity for our site.

However, due to postage and packaging costs, we recommend ordering several items at a time.
